Hi, I’m Amanda Anderson.
Photographer, social media manager, and also a live musician.
I’m originally a California girl, but I’ve called Wisconsin home for almost 10 years now. I’ll admit—the winter weather was a massive shock at first! Yet it has been the times of cold and darkness in the Northwoods that have brought depth to my music.
Prior to my move, I served as a worship leader in various churches on the West Coast, as well as playing for weddings. Now, I am discovering the art of songwriting, as well as playing cover songs with my own creative touch, as avenues of self-expression and connection with others.
With keyboard as my main instrument, my musical genre falls somewhere between soft pop and indie folk. I perform anything from “Landslide” by Stevie Nicks to “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor to “Baby One More Time” by Britney Spears. My music is soothing and melodic—perfect for unwinding after a long day—but I am told that what sets it apart is the power in my voice, which resonates with people and adds a unique dimension to every song.
I have a genuine passion for music and I pour my heart and soul into every note and every word. My favorite part about performing is the connection I feel with others, and I always look forward to sharing my music with you!

The Story Behind the Song — My latest single, “The Space Between,” is a song I wrote this at one of my lowest lows. I felt no hope and had no will to go on, and I was even afraid of my own thoughts. I turned to a friend for help, and she told me to write a song—so I put all of that honesty into this music. It is a song originally wrote to encourage myself through a very dark time, and now I would like to share it with anyone who it could also help. I see this song as an anthem of triumph about how we often feel like we are stuck between the hardships of the past and the dreams of the future … but we are SO much more than that.
And we will see the other side of it all, somehow, someway.
Thank you so much for listening.
It means the world to me.
I hope you are encouraged that you are so much more than the feelings of in-between-ness.
Your life has so much purpose, no matter where you’re at.
*The Space Between was produced by Be Light Studio and features vocals, guitar + drums by my wonderful friend and musical duo partner, Brett Winters.
